Rajasthan's Pratapgarh Completes 1st Dose Of COVID-19 Vaccination

Rajasthan's health department on October 23 announced that the Pratapgarh district has become the first district in the state to complete the vaccination among adults with the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Meanwhile, state Health Minister Dr Raghu Sharma congratulated the people and the ''tireless efforts of the medical team''. Reportedly, 6,55,869  eligible people have received the first dose so far against the target of 6,52,061.

Kerala's Ernakulam Completes 1st Dose Of Vaccination To Be No 1

Kerala's Ernakulam district became the first district in the state to complete 100% COVID vaccination of its adult population, said Industries Minster P Rajeev on October 2. While sharing the achievement, Rajeev said, ''Today is a very proud occasion...The district has set an example for India.'' He also said we also made a target to complete the vaccination of the second dose of the vaccine within three months.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on September 26 said Madhya Pradesh has topped among states to administer the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine to its people. Reportedly, 6.11 crore people have received the first dose of vaccine that is 86% of the eligible people. Cinemas, Auditoriums To Run At 100% Capacity From Oct: Karnataka

In the latest notification, the Karnataka government has allowed cinema halls and auditoriums to operate at their full capacity from October 01, considering the improvement in the COVID-19 situation in the state. The government also permitted pubs to operate with 100% occupancy from October 03. The notification made the first dose of the vaccine mandatory for entry. However, COVID-19 protocols must be followed by visitors.

First COVID-19 Jab Is Mandatory To Visit Public Places In Jammu

The Deputy Commissioner of Jammu on September 20 announced that the COVID-19 vaccine's first dose will be necessary for every adult in Jammu if they want to enter into any government offices and other public places. However, the decision will come into effect from October 2 onwards. Furthermore, the commissioner allowed the opening of shops and businesses until 10 PM and now 50 people can gather in Benguet hall.

After HP, Goa Administers First Dose Of Vaccine To All Adults

Goa CM Pramod Sawant on September 9 announced that the state has administered the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine to those who are 18 years old. Sharing the achievement on Twitter, CM Sawant said, ''We are targeting to complete the second dose of vaccination by October 31.'' First State To Achieve 100% COVID-19 Vaccination Of First Dose: HP

Himachal Pradesh has become the first Indian state in India to achieve 100% vaccination of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine for people aged above 18.
