China Resumes Air Travel After 2-year Covid Ban, No Word On Flight Services To India
Following a two-year prohibition due to the COVID-19 outbreak, China has resumed foreign flights. Even though Beijing relaxed a visa restriction on Indian professionals and their families last month, there has been no indication of the return of flight services to India. China is expediting processes for people entering the nation by decreasing quarantine time to 7 days in selected hotels, followed by a 3-day isolation period at home.

SpiceJet To Begin Flight Services Between Bhavnagar-Pune Soon
Airlines company SpiceJet is all set to start flights connecting Bhavnagar in Gujarat with Pune and Mumbai from May 5 onwards. The company released a statement regarding the same on April 26, which read, "The Bhavnagar-Pune flight will operate under the Central government's UDAN scheme". It will start its Q400 aircraft for its route between Ahmedabad-Pune, easing travel for passengers, that too at affordable prices.

Ahmedabad-Bhuj Flight Services Likely To Commence From June 1
The Gujarat government on March 24, conveyed that air flight services between Ahmedabad and Bhuj are likely to kick start from June 1. In addition, the service is initiated under the viability grant funding (VGF) scheme by the state government. As per reports, the air connectivity is set up on six routes such as Rajkot-Porbandar, Ahmedabad-Kandla, Surat-Ahmedabad, Surat-Rajkot, Surat-Amreli, and Surat-Bhavnagar.
