World's Largest Floating Power Plant To Be Built In Madhya Pradesh

In Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa, a floating solar power plant will reportedly be built, which is capable of producing 600 MegaWatts of power, informed officials on August 3. The project is estimated to be worth Rs 3,000 crore, and will be the world's largest floating solar power plant. The dam will be built on the Omkareshwar dam on the Narmada river.

GVMC Constructs Floating Solar Power Plant On Meghadri Gedda Reservoir, AP

The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) has inaugurated a floating solar power plant on Andhra Pradesh's Meghadri Gedda reservoir. Every year, the facility can generate 4.2 million units of power.
