The 30-min outage was reportedly caused by an Amazon Web Services snag, that several online platforms rely on. Social media was flooded with complaints from customers, stating that the apps are not functioning. On January 17, Achanta Govind and Nagamoni, organised the huge feast on January 14, on the occasion of Makar Sankranti in West Godavari.
