Think Less, Feel More: India's First Forest Healing Centre In Ranikhet
Uttarakhand Forest Department's research wing has developed India's first forest healing centre in popular hill station Ranikhet. Based on the Japanese technique of ‘shinrin-yoku’ or forest bathing and ancient Indian traditions, the 13-acre healing centre offers forest walking, tree-hugging, forest meditation and sky gazing.
