Pakistan Govt Likely To Increase Price Of Fuels Amid Financial Crisis
Amid the economic crisis, the Pakistan Government is likely to increase the prices of petrol and diesel. As per local media, petrol and diesel prices are likely to increase by Rs 32 per litre from February 16. Notably, Petroleum, oil and lubricant prices have increased and is Rs 272 for the next fortnight, forcing the Government of Pakistan to increase the prices, giving another major shock to its citizens.

Centre 'Unlikely' To Agree For Tax Cut As Relief From Rising Fuel Prices: Experts
The Central Government is not mulling over any plans for tax cuts on fuel to provide relief from the sting of rising fuel prices, said experts. The issue of this global rise in fuel price was raised during a recent meeting between senior executives, finance and oil ministers, and others. A person privy to the discussion said that the Finance Ministry has turned down the proposal to cut the duty.

Petrol & Diesel Prices Remain Unchanged For 49 Consecutive Days; Check Rates Here
Petrol and diesel prices in India remain unchanged for the 49th day in a row, on December 23. After the prices hit a record-breaking high in early November, the government reduced the excise duties. Petrol prices today- Delhi (Rs 95.41), Mumbai (Rs 109.98), Kolkata (Rs 104.67) and Chennai (Rs 101.40). Diesel prices in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai stand at Rs 86.67, Rs 89.79, Rs 94.14 and Rs 91.43 respectively.

Petrol, Diesel Prices Remain Constant For 8th Day
Petrol and diesel prices remained constant for the eighth consecutive day on November 12, after a reduction in the excise duty by the Centre. In Delhi, petrol and diesel is priced at Rs 103.97 and Rs 86.67 per litre, respectively. Mumbaikars would be paying Rs 108.98 for petrol and Rs 94.14 for diesel. Furthermore, in Chennai, petrol and diesel is sold at Rs 101.40 and Rs 91.43 respectively.

Petrol, Diesel Prices Hike By 35 Paise; Mumbai Tops Chart Again
Petrol and diesel prices increase for the fifth time in a row by 35 paise on October 31. In Delhi, petrol and diesel increase to 109.34 and Rs 98.07 per litre, respectively. Petrol and diesel are priced at Rs 115.51 and Rs 106.23 per litre respectively, in Mumbai. However, petrol is sold at Rs 106.04 in Chennai and Rs 109.79 per litre in Kolkata.

Vegetables Cost More Due To Hike In Fuel Prices: Traders In Delhi
In the National Capital of India, Delhi, the cost of vegetables and fruits have gone up as of October 25, due to the surging fuel prices which is simultaneously increasing the transportation cost. Bajacle: Scooter Cum Cycle To Protest Against Fuel Price Hike
To protest against the hike in fuel price in India, Mohammed Badhusha, a student of class 12 from Kerala’s Marampally has built a scooter cum bicycle named “Bajacle.” It is made by combining the front portion of a Bajaj scooter and the tail of a bicycle. It costs around Rs 4,000 to build this vehicle. “A few have requested ‘Bajacles’ for them,” said 17-year-old Badhusha.

Mysuru's Petrol Pump Offers 5L Free Petrol To Covid-19 Volunteers
Amid the surge in fuel price across India, a fuel station in Mysuru’s Bogadi circle has taken an initiative to offer “free fuel worth Rs 20,000” to all the frontline Covid workers. The petrol pump is providing five litres of free fuel to all the Covid-19 volunteers. The owner of the petrol pump, Kumar KS came up with this initiative which aided 50 Covid-19 workers to date.
