National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) dismissed Amazon's appeal against CCI's judgment on June 13. The CCI suspended two-year-old permission for Amazon's deal with Future Coupons Pvt Ltd (FCPL) in December, claiming that Amazon had withheld information when seeking clearances for the transaction at the time. NCLAT bench agreed with CCI's ruling that Amazon had not made full disclosures of the content to the Commission.
