PUBG: Govt Clears It Did Not Ban Mobile Nordic Map: Livik App

Giving a silver line for the PUBG lovers, the IT Ministry on January 9 confirmed access to PUBG is not illegal in India. Responding to an RTI petition, the Ministry revealed that the Mobile Nordic Map: Livik APK was not restricted in India, and the Ministry has blocked only a specific app. However, the Ministry cleared that no dialogue between government and game developer PUBG/Krafton has taken place.

PUBG In Talks With Airtel To Make A Comeback In India

Going by an Entrackr's report, PUBG Corporation is seeking a partnership with Airtel to relaunch the game in India. The report also states that PUBG is planning to raise a "lean team in India". However, neither companies have officially commented on this yet. PUBG was in talks with Reliance Jio as well but to no avail.
