Rajasthan Govt Eases COVID Restrictions; Schools To Operate At Full Capacity
In its new notification, the Rajasthan government on November 8 said that classes from 1st to 12th in private and government schools can be run at full capacity from November 15. Coaching institutes can also operate will their full staff. The guest limit in wedding functions has also been lifted. Besides, there's also no limit on a gathering of people in any event such as political, sports, entertainment, cultural, etc.

UP Police Impose Section 144 In Lucknow For A Month
To prohibit the gathering of four or more people in Lucknow, the Uttar Pradesh Police on October 6 issued an order imposing section 144 in the capital till November 8. Reportedly, section 144 was imposed citing reasons such as maintaining law and order amid the upcoming festivals, various entrance exams, and farmers' protests. Earlier, section 144 was also imposed in the violence-hit Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3.

Gujarat: Thousands Flout COVID Protocols At A Mass Religious Gathering
Amid massive COVID-19 cases surge in the country, thousands of women devotees on May 4 gathered at Gujarat's Sanand Baliyadev Temple flouting all the COVID-19 guidelines.
