Himachal Govt Promotes All Students Except Those In Grade 10, 12
The Himachal Pradesh government has promoted all students in state-run schools except grade 10 and 12 students. While the non-board exams were conducted from March 8, the government has decided to promote them irrespective of the scores. Moreover, students, who failed to appear for the examination, will have to take a re-test in the next two months. The government also ordered the closure of all educational institutes till April 4.

Chhattisgarh Schools Shut Until Next Order; Students Get General Promotion
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Singh announced a promotion for all school students, except for classes 10 and 12 for this academic session, on March 21. Reportedly, the order is applicable to government, private and, Central schools.
