RIL Becomes Wealthiest Creator With Rs 9.7 Lakh Crore In 2021

As per Brokerage data, Mukesh Ambani's RIL is named as the wealthiest creator (Rs 9.7 lakh crore). The Annual Wealth Creation report revealed that, RIL topped the list third time in a row and amounted to 13.6% of the total wealth created in 2021. While RIL topped the list, Tata Consultancy became second with wealth creation of Rs 7.3 lakh crore, followed by HDFC with Rs 5.1 lakh crore.

Anand Eswaran Becomes New CEO Of Veeam Software Company

Veeam, a Switzerland headquartered global software company, appointed Anand Eswaran as the CEO, on December 17. After William Largent stepped down, the Indian-origin became the CEO and Board of Directors' member. "Eswaran's appointment as Veeam's CEO excites me," said Largent, who is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors. With this, Anand Eswaran joined the list of Indian CEOs in global tech companies.

Serum Institute Resumes Export Of Covishield Vaccine

The Serum Institute of India (SII) On November 26 resumed the export of Covishield, a made-in-India vaccine against Covid-19. The export service has been resumed under the global vaccine sharing programme namely 'COVAX', reported PTI. ''The first batches of the vaccine left the SII manufacturing facility in Pune,'' said the company. So far, the SII produced close to 1.25 billion vaccine doses.

59% Indian Employees Feel Stress Everyday, Reveals Survey

In India, 59% of employees reported they feel stress on a daily basis, surpassing the average of the global and Asia region employees, said a survey by Marsh India. The survey found 50% of employees globally and 51% of employees in Aisa complained of stress in everyday life. It was based on 14,000 employees across 13 countries. Besides, 27% of employees said the pandemic caused them ''entirely'' negative impact.
