Good Governace Index

In the latest ranking of the Good Governance Index (GGI), Gujarat secured the first position followed by Maharashtra and Goa. The Index was prepared by the Department of Administration Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) and released by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah on December 25. However, Delhi topped the ranking among the union territories of India. Notably, Uttar Pradesh improved by 8.9% in the GGI Indicators.
