Google's New User Friendly Way To Search Files In Drive Under Development
Google on November 5 announced that it will be testing a new beta version of the search filter in Google Drive. Reportedly, this feature helps users to search files in a very distinctive way, by adding a line of filters at the top of the drive interface, letting users limit their search. Moreover, the company is offering the beta version for users to test and review through sign-up forms.

Google Introduces Dynamic Mails To Change 'Access Permission' For Google Drive
Google has started rolling out a new feature which makes it easier for users to grant and change 'access permissions' to google drive items directly through emails. Reportedly, Google will use dynamic mails which will allow users to review the access request and save the access levels. The feature will be turned on by default. Once the roll out is done, it will be available on web, iOS, and Android devices.

Google Restore Gmail Outage; Cause of Disruptions not Explained
On August 20, since morning, Gmail users around the world were unable to send or receive emails and attach files. Google Drive, Meet and other G-Suite apps were also hit by some disruptions. Complaints had been raised against the same. By the evening, Google said that it has fixed all the issues, and apologized for the inconvenience made. However, Google did not explain what caused the problem.
