Car Falls Info Gorge In Rishikesh; 3 Injured, 3 Dead
Near Brahmapuri on Rishikesh-Badrinath road, a car fell into a deep gorge killing three persons and leaving three others injured, on September 9. Following the incident, the injured persons was rushed to a government hospital in Rishikesh for treatment. According to police inspector Ritesh Shah, all the persons were going to Badrinath Dham. Further details on the matter are awaited.

Bus Falls In Gorge, Leaves 14 People Injured: Himachal Pradesh
In Himachal Pradesh's Shimla region, fourteen passengers left severely injured after their bus fell into a gorge, on July 28. Notably, a Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus was on its way to Theog from Jarai, skid off the road near Baghar Kenchi and Huli Sub Division Theog, rolling down 50-60 feet below the road, confirmed the State Disaster Management. Furthermore, injured people are being treated at healthcare centres.

Bus Plunges Into Himachal Pradesh Valley, Killing 16 People, Including School Children
A private bus plummeted into Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district valley, killing 16 individuals, including school children on July 4. Ashutosh Garg, Deputy Commissioner of Kullu, said that the Sainj-bound bus crashed close to Jangla town at approximately 8.30 am. The injured were sent to a neighboring hospital, adding that district officials and rescue personnel had arrived on the scene. More information is awaited.

Tragic Accidents Kills 5 People Including Bride In Uttarakhand
In a tragic accident near Totaghati, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, five people, Pinky (25), Pratap Singh (40), his wife Bhagirathi Devi (36), and their two children Vijay (15) and Manju (12), residents of Ban village died. Notably, the incident happened in the wee hours of May 8. The victims went wedding shopping for Pinky's marriage, on May 12, when the driver lost control and the car fell into a 250-meter deep gorge.

Car Falls Into George Leaving 8 Dead, Several Injured In Nandubar: Maharashtra
A car fell into a gorge in North Maharashtra’s Nandubar district which claimed the lives of eight individuals leaving several injured. The car was travelling from Toranmal hill station to Sindhimal village, when the driver lost control over the car, resulting in the mishap. Prime Minister Office took to Twitter to grant Rs 2 lakh to each family of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to the injured.
