UP Police Books IndiaMART Officials For Selling Govardhan Hill Rocks
Responding to over 10 complaints, the UP police on February 7 booked the founder-CEO and Co-founder of IndiaMART for allegedly selling the rocks of Govardhan Hill, online. The e-commerce website claimed the rocks being natural and priced Rs 5,175 per piece. Booking them under various IPC sections the police cited the e-commerce platform for inciting religious feelings.
