Government Engineering College

A Students Federation of India (SFI) activist and student of Idukki government engineering college, Dheeraj Rajendran was stabbed to death in a clash related to college union election. Dheeraj's body was cremated at around 2 am in the land bought by CPM, close to Dheeraj’s house in Taliparamba, with the attendance of thousands of people. Police have arrested two Youth Congress leaders on the backdrop of his murder.
