In Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, a senior journalist Biswadeep Ghosh (57) passed away due to cardiac arrest, on June 10. Working with "The Pioneer" Newspaper, Biswadeep is prominent in Journalism. President Kovind Arrives In Lucknow, Welcomed By UP Govt Officials
President Ram Nath Kovind is on a two-day visit to Uttar Pradesh, from June 5-6. He arrived in Lucknow late evening on June 5, and was accompanied by his wife Savita Kovind. He was received by the Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and CM Yogi Adityanath and was taken to the Raj Bhavan. Notably, President Kovind has been invited to address Assembly-Joint-Session, on June 6.
