Oscar Official Entry From India, Chhello Show Trailer Is Out

The official entry movie to Oscar from India, "Chhello Show (The Last Show)" released the official trailer in September. The Gujarati movie, directed by Pan Nani, showcases childhood and films in its early years, trailer is out on September 28. The trailer shows nine-year-old Samay (Bhavin Rabari), who's ensnared by the magic and science of celluloid film projection and begins to create his own 35mm movie with his friends.

Gujarati Film Chhello Show Enters Oscar 2023 Officially, Announces FFI

Pride for India, Gujarati coming-of-age drama "Chhello Show" is India's official entry for the 95th Academy Awards, the Film Federation of India (FFI) announced on September 20. Titled "Last Film Show" in English, the movie is directed by Pan Nalin, which is set to release in theatres countrywide on October 14. Notably, "'Chhello Show' is India's official entry for Oscars 2023," said FFI Secretary General Supran Sen.
