Deputy Commandant Of Jharkhand Jaguar Killed In Gunfight

Deputy Commandant of Jharkhand Jaguar, Rajesh Kumar, from a special police unit dealing with Left Wing Extremism was shot in a gunfight in Saliya forest region of Latehar district on September 28. In the encounter, a member of the maoist splinter organization Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad was also shot. This is the second time this year that a Jharkhand Jaguar has been killed in a similar situation.

Celebratory Gunfire In Kabul Claims 17 Lives, Leaves 41 Injured

Following the celebratory gunfire in Afghanistan's capital Kabul, at least 17 people scummed to their injuries and 41 persons were reported wounded on September 3, according to media reports. Purportedly, The incidents of gunfire were to show the victory of the Taliban over Panjshir valley. However, the Taliban is yet to take control over Panjshir as the rebel leader, Ahmad Massoud said, ''News of Panjshir conquest is...a lie.''

Robbery Attempt At Gold Loan Company; Ends In Open Fire

A gang of robbers opened fire at the public when they failed to rob the branch of a gold loan company in West Bengal’s Birbhum on July 13. A rickshaw puller was injured and has been admitted to the hospital as people started chasing the mob, resulting in an open fire. “Search is on for the gang. All police stations have been alerted,” said Nagendra Tripathi, Superintendent of Police.

11 Killed In Gun Firing At A Russian School By Teenage Gunmen

Nearly 11 people were killed in Russian city of Kazan after two teenage gunmen opened fire in a school leaving many others injured. In a viral video, few children were seen jumping off the window from the third floor of the school. According to a Russian news agency, a 19-year-old gunman was detained by the cops while the motive of fire still remains unknown.
