Gulmarg Registers Record-Breaking High Temperature: Jammu & Kashmir
Gulmarg registered a record four times hike against normal temperature, on March 17. In addition, Srinagar recorded 26° Celcius against a normal temperature of 14 degrees. As per sources, the rise in temperature is due to dry weather conditions as the spring rains missed the spot. Notably, Kupwara is listed as the hottest place in Jammu & Kashmir at 28.6 degree Celsius.
