Sanjay Biswas; The Man Who Sells Wooden Artifacts On Trains In Kolkata

Sanjay Biswas from West Bengal's Nadia has made a career by selling wooden artifacts in trains. "You are free to inspect them with your hands; you do not need to pay to study my work," he said. The cost of his pieces range from Rs 40 to Rs 500. "Many passengers do not appreciate this labour of love. Maybe someday they will be able to appreciate my work," he added. Biswas has spent his last one and a half years mastering this craft.
