HC Sitting Judge

As per new developments in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case, the sitting judge of the Punjab & Haryana HC turned down the probe request, on June 5. Notably, the Punjab government request a probe in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder by a sitting HC judge. The court administration sent a communication, mentioning, they can't spare a judge due to a shortage of 38-judges with over 4 lakh pending cases.
