Disease X Can Cause Another Pandemic, Says Expert
A UK health expert said that Disease X, the name of the World Health Organisation (WHO), can cause another pandemic deadlier than Covid-19. In an interview to Daily Mail, Kate Bingham, who served as the chair of the UK's Vaccine Taskforce from May to December 2020, said the new virus could have a similar impact to the devastating pandemic. According to WHO, Disease X could be a new agent.

Health Experts Warn People To Follow covid-19 Rules As Festivals Nears

Zika Virus: Can Prevent Panic Among Public Says Health Expert
The Zika Virus, 14 cases of which are reported in Kerala, “is not spread by contact or aerosols,” according to the Public health expert Dr. Mathew Varghese. He cautioned the epidemiologists about the resurfacing of the virus but assured the citizens that it is not a major cause of concern at present. However, the state is on high alert, with a prime focus on pregnant women.
