Megastar Amitabh Bachchan recently revealed that he has quit smoking and alcohol completely and also shared some tips for his fans. He admitted that the "intoxicants played havoc in its excess" and that it was his personal choice to give on smoking and drinking. Meanwhile, on work front, Big-B is currently recovering from serious injuries that he sustained during the shoot of his upcoming film 'Project K' .

WHO said at least five million deaths could be avoided in a year if people involved in physical activity. It also suggested workout times for different age groups.
