Mizoram, Rajasthan; Best Quality Places For Elderly As Per Index
As per the index, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh, have been deemed as "aged states" and "relatively aged" states respectively as they offer a better quality of life for the elderly. The index is crucially based on the "financial well-being, social well-being, health system, and income Security" of the elderly. Reportedly, there is about 5 million elderly population in "aged states" and less than 5 million under "relatively aged" states.
