2.5 Billion People Likely To Suffer Hearing Loss By 2050: WHO Report

The World Health Organization's first "World Report on Hearing" has revealed that nearly 2.5 billion people will suffer from some form of hearing impairment by 2050. Andhra Pradesh Launches Scheme For Early Detection Of Hearing Defects

To make Andhra Pradesh "deaf free", CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on February 16 launched a programme to detect speech and hearing defects at an early age.
