Karnataka HC Directs SHO To Clean Road Over Failure To File Complaint

For failing to register a kidnapping complaint, a Station House Officer (SHO) was ordered to clean the road by the Kalaburgi Bench of the Karnataka High Court. Remarking the failure as disturbing, the court ordered the Bazar Police Station SHO to clean the road in front of the police station for one week. However, planning to appeal against the order, the City Commissioner Satish said there was no lapse from their side.

No Night Curfew In Delhi; AAP Government Informs Delhi High Court

The Delhi government has informed the Delhi High Court on December 2 that no night curfew would be implemented in the national capital or parts of it as of now. CCB Detains Ex-HC Judge Karnan For Defamatory Remarks

Retired Madras and Calcutta High Courts Judge CS Karnan has been detained on December 2 by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) in Chennai. SC Stays CBI Probe on Uttarakhand CM; Says HC's Step "Drastic"
