Kerala HC Permits Pregnancy Abortion At 28 Weeks For Minor Rape Victim
Kerala High Court granted medical termination of a juvenile rape victim's 28-week pregnancy. The "anguish caused by continuation of the pregnancy can be presumed to cause a grave injury to the mental health of the 14-year-old girl," said a medical board. HC also stated if the fetus survived the surgery, the hospital must provide the infant with the finest medical care possible so that it grows into a healthy kid.

Karnataka HC Directs Govt To Strictly Adhere To Regulations During Protests
Karnataka High Court ordered authorities to closely enforce the "Licensing and Regulation of Protests, Demonstrations and Protest Marches (Bengaluru City) Orders 2021" in order to resolve public interest litigation. SC To Examine Appeals Against Karnataka HC's Decision To Uphold Hijab Ban
