PM Modi To Announce Youngest Cabinet List, Make Indian History
PM Narendra Modi will announce the first reshuffled cabinet of his second term, at 6 pm on July 7. According to government sources, it will be the youngest cabinet in Indian history with more women ministers. The special representation will be given to the ones who have administrative experience along with higher average education. "Two dozen OBCs will be represented. The plan is to involve smaller communities," officials said.

Only 7.55% From Minority Groups Enroll In Higher Education Institutes
A study by the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) stated that of all students in higher education institutes, only 7.55% come from minority communities. UGC Vice-Chairman Bhushan Patwardhan Quits Office
Serving for over two and half years, the UGC vice-chairman Bhushan Patwardhan resigned on February 6. Reportedly, Patwardhan stepped down eight months ahead of his term citing personal reasons. Besides, he wanted to continue his research on Ayurveda. Bhushan was instrumental in framing the National Education Policy and headed a task force created under Ayush Ministry. Before joining UGC, he was researcher and professor of health sciences.

Higher Education Institutes in UP To Resume From November 23
Uttar Pradesh's Higher Education Institutes will be restarting their classes from November 23. The classes will be held following all the guidelines of UGC. Bihar: Patwatoli Village Has An Engineer In Almost Every Household
In an unusual story, almost every household of the Patwatoli village in Gaya district of Bihar has either an IIT student or an IIT alumni. From the village, in which about all the families are involved in gamcha and bedsheet weaving businesses, a total of 250 students have cracked into the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs).
