Olympics Show Director Expelled For Making Jokes On Holocaust
After a video from the 1990s of Kentaro Kobayashi resurfaced, he was dismissed as the Show Director of the Olympics opening ceremony a day before the Tokyo Olympics started. Japan's Olympic Chief Seiko Hashimoto said the video which shows him making jokes on the Holocaust reminded "painful acts of history". This controversy has added to the long list of scandals that have surrounded the Tokyo Games this year.

Oxford Student Union Head Rashmi Resigns Amid Racial Controversy
Oxford University's first Indian-born Student Union President Rashmi Sawant resigned from her post following controversies over her alleged "racist" and "insensitive" social media posts. Germany: Prosecutors Indict 95-year-old For Offences During Holocaust
For being an accomplice to murder in the Nazi holocaust, a 95-year-old woman dubbed Irmgard F was charged with 10,000 counts by German Public prosecutors. As a secretary in the Stutthof concentration camp, Imgard was part of the machinery that killed nearly 60,000 people. Reportedly, a regional court will deliberate on the indictment. Since the woman was a minor during the offences, she may undergo trials in a juvenile court.
