Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh Narottam Mishra said that the cabinet passed a proposal to create cyber tehsils in the state on November 24. He added that the development will make the state first among all Indian states to have created cyber tehsils. ''With the introduction of this system, the process of conversion will become convenient in the cases of undisputed land,'' added Mishra. 

The security of Jammu and Kashmir has been beefed up in view of Union Home Minister Amit Shah's three-day visit to the Union Territory, starting from October 23 after the abrogation of Article 370. During the visit, ''Shah will review security and development-related projects in Srinagar''. He'll inaugurate the first international flight from Srinagar to UAE's Sharjah. Jammu and Kashmir's lieutenant Governor and Home Minister Amit Shah are likely to meet in the second half of October 9 in the wake of the recent attack on civilians in the union territory. The meeting is expected to be attended by senior officials of the ministry, intelligence agencies, and the state's administration. Reportedly, at least seven civilians have been killed within a week, including the two on October 7.
