9th Edition Of Young Chef Olympiad Global Event Is Back
The International Hospitality Council (IHC) and the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) is back with their 9th edition of the Young Chef Olympiad. The IHC and IIMH inaugurated the global competition on January 29, followed till February 4, along with young chefs participating across 50 nations. The event supported by the Government of India, Tourism Department will be held in six cities in India, in physical form.

IIHM's Young Chef Olympiad Begins; Student Chefs From 40 Countries Compete
IIHM is hosting the eight edition of Young Chef Olympiad, which virtually started on January 30. The five-day culinary battle began on January 31, in which student chefs from over 40 countries competed. The grand finale will be held on February 3 and 4, which will be split into two groups of five countries in each. The finale will reportedly be conducted in different time zones to accomodate all.

Admit cards for the Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test (MAH HM CET) 2020 have been released on October 6 by the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell. Maharashtra: Restaurants May Reopen From October Under Strict Protocols
Restaurants and Hotels are likely to reopen in Maharashtra from the first week of October, as assured by the state government during a recent meet with hoteliers. The government is drafting a Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), after consulting with various hotel associations.
