Malayalam Actress Found Dead At Thiruvananthapuram Residence, Probe Underway

Malayalam actor Aparna P Nair was found dead at her house in Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) on Thursday, August 31. She was 31. As per sources,  Aparna was found unconscious at her home on August 31 evening. She was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival. The Karamana police has now registered a case of unnatural death and further investigation is underway.

Japanese Firm Designs 'Flood-Resistant' Floating Houses

"Ichijo Komuten," Japanese housing construction corporation, claims to have designed a floating house that would assist flood-prone countries handle their problems. The structure of the house is peculiar because it is waterproof, and as the water level rises, it begins to float. The company said, “Electric things have been installed upwards, so that water does not reach there. The house can float at a height of up to 5 meters."

2 Died And 3 Injured In Wall Collapse Incident: Uttar Pardesh

At least two persons lost their lives, while three others got injured after a wall of a house collapsed in Ibrahimpur Gadhi area of Sahswan Uttar Pardesh. The incident happened on January 16, when people had gathered for mourning Naresh Pal's granddaughter. The deceased persons were identified as Pal and Rum Singh, while injured; Manveer Singh, Rai Singh and Awadhesh are being treated in hospital and are stable.

First Instalment Of PMAY-G To Be Distributed For Tripura Beneficiaries

Transfer of the first installment of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana - Gramin (PMAY-G) to more than 1.47 lakh Tripura beneficiaries will be sent through video conferencing on November 14 at around 1 p.m. It will provide a significant boost to the state's empowerment efforts, stated PM Narendra Modi. Hrithik Roshan Spends Rs 97.5 Crore To Buy Sea-facing Apartment In Mumbai

Actor Hrithik Roshan has purchased two sea-facing apartments for Rs 97.50 crore in a building, named 'Mannat', in Mumbai. Reportedly, the actor plans to merge the two apartments, of which one is a penthouse. Besides, he has also been offered an exclusive lift, 6,500 square-feet terrace and 10 car-parking slots. However, there are no reports of Hrithik moving into the apartments anytime soon as it is still under construction.
