Muskaan Jindal, a resident of Himachal Pradesh is a true inspiration. IFS Sanjay Kumar Verma Appointed As India's HIgh Commissioner To Canada
Seasoned diplomat Sanjay Kumar Verma, an IFS 1988 batch was appointed as India's next High Commissioner to Canada, on September 6. Verma replaced Amit Kumar, currently Consulate General of India in Chicago, who has been named as the next ambassador to the Republic of Korea. Meanwhile, presently Sanjay Verma is India's Ambassador to Japan and will soon take up new roles, said the Ministry of External Affairs.

Nasik: IFS Officers Inspires Kids To Stops Bird Killing With 'Galor'
Anand Reddy, an IFS officer started the "Galor Samarpan Abhiyaan" by urging kids to give up killing birds with a galor (slingshot) while preaching the slogan "Galor Hatwa, Pakshi Bachwa (discard Galor, save birds)". Reddy suggested a four-point solution by asking them to “voluntarily surrender galor”, thus, turning the Abhiyaan into a movement. "Kids from 68 villages took the pledge and 590 galors were voluntarily surrendered," he added.
