IIM Rohtak

A petition has been filed against the Centre's decision to appoint Dheeraj Sharma as the Director of IIM Rohtak in Punjab & Haryana High Court. Reports suggest that the Education Minister had written him twice to present his undergrad degree before the ministry, to which he still hasn't replied. The Centre urged the court to dismiss the plea considering the petitioners had no locus-standi.
