JEE Advance 2023 Exam Admit Card Issues, Download Details

The JEE Advance exam is scheduled soon and the admit cards have been issued. The IIT Guwahati released the admit cards for all the eligible candidates. Registered candidates can check their admit cards and download them. To download, Go to the exam website, jeeadv.ac.in. On the home page, open the admit card download link. Now, log in by entering the asked information. View and download it.

Second Year MTech Student Gets Job Offer Of Rs 2.05 Crore From Uber

Rohit Negi, a farmer's son with monthly expenses less than Rs 10,000 received a job offer from Uber. Negi is pursuing MTech at IIT Guwahati and is in the second year now and has been hired as a software engineer with CTC Rs 2.05 crore. The 22-year-old's basic salary is Rs 96 lakh. He said it is an "out of the world feeling for his family", reported DailyO.

Ph.D. Scholar Signs An Undertaking Against Taking part In Protest

Himachal Singh, a fourth-year Ph.D. Scholar at IIT Guwahati was made to sign a six-pointer ‘no protest’ undertaking by the college. The 30-year-old's undertaking said, “I shall neither take part in any form of agitation/ protest/ dharna inside or outside campus nor mobilize students for the same.” Last year, Singh was suspended for one semester for protesting against the compulsion retirement of his teacher, Brajesh Rai.
