IIT Roorkee Student Offered Rs 2.15 Crore Per Annum In Placement Drive
In the placement drive of IIT (Roorkee), a student got a job offer of a Rs 2.15 crore package per annum from a multinational firm. Reportedly, 11 students bagged job offers of Rs 1 crore annually and a total of 1,243 students secured placement in the drive. ''As our placement data for 2021-22 signify, the students of IIT Roorkee are consistently performing well,'' said Vinay Sharma, Professor In-Charge Placement.

IIT-Roorkee has been declared a Covid-19 hotspot
IIT-Roorkee has been declared a Covid-19 hotspot after 80 students tested positive in the institution in the last few days. Post the testing of the students, the Haridwar district administration declared 5 of the hostels as containment zones and the campus as a hotspot. The administration has converted guest-house and other establishments into quarantine centres for those who came in the contact with the afflicted students.

IIT-Roorkee Starts Drone Research Centre, Gets 100L+ Fund From Alumni

Road Ministry Partners With IIT-R For Research In Highways Sector

Mangalore University Ranked As Most Sustainable Varsity In India
