An illegal arms manufacturing unit was raided by Uttar Pradesh police on September 14 in Meerut. "Two persons have been arrested who were involved in manufacturing of weapons," said SSP Meerut Ajay Sahni. He told that one accused, identified as Sameer, is wanted by special cell of Delhi Police.
