In a bid to implement Inner Line Permit (ILP) in Meghalaya, the Confederation of Meghalaya Social Organizations (CoMSO) protested at the state secretariat on April 16. Reportedly, CoMSO threatened for secretariat shutdown if the need arises based on the government’s response.
