Rahul Gandhi, the former MP Of Wayanad turned 53 years old, on June 19. Indian National Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress leaders and other political leaders extended birthday wishes to the former INC President. Congress shared a tweet, "To his unflinching faith in love, a love which is willing to forgive, to trust, to hope, and to embrace differences. To our own 'mohabbat ki dukaan."

Over 10,000 Cows Released On Roads To Protest Against Govt In Gujarat; Traffic Comes To Halt

Over 200 cow shelter homes have released more than 10,000 cows on to the roads to protest against the state government of Gujarat. The protestors stated that BJP promised to provide financial assistance of Rs 500 crore to the shelter homes, but “didn’t give a single penny”. With this, road traffic in north Gujarat highways came to a halt. A protestor stated that the protests started over 15 days ago.

Sonia Gandhi Admitted To ICU Due To Covid-19 Related Issues: Delhi

The Congress party officials confirmed that Party President Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to ICU, at  Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. On June 12, she was taken due to COVID-related issues and is said to be under stable condition.
