Nepal PM To Begin 3-Day Tour Of India From April 1
Sher Bahadur Deuba, the PM of Nepal is set to begin his India tour, from April 1. The three-day tour have been organised on the invitation of PM Narendra Modi. On March 28, MEA said, "PM of Nepal, accompanied by his spouse Arzu Deuba, will pay an official visit to India from 01-03 April 2022". During his official visit, Nepal PM will meet PM Modi, Vice President.

India Donates 960 LPM Oxygen Plant To Nepal
To help its neighboring nation to combat the deadly Covid-19 pandemic, India has gifted a medical oxygen plant to Nepal that has been installed at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health and Sciences. With a total capacity of 960 Litres Per Minute, it can provide oxygen to approximately 200 people at 5 liters per person at the same time. Indian ambassador Vinay Mohan Kwatra delivered the plants to Nepal.

Winning International Bid India's SJVN To Build 697-MW Project In Nepal
The Lower Arun Hydro Electric Project in Nepal will be constructed by the Indian government-owned Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited, stated the Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. Reportedly, the 679 MW power plant was acquired by India after participating at international competitive bidding that included competitors like China. Once completed, the plant located in Sankhuwasabha will generate 3561 million units of electricity per annum.

Nepal Minister Gyawali Visits India Ahead Of Top Diplomatic Meet
To improve the bi-lateral ties, Nepal Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali commenced his three-day visit to India on January 14. Pradeep will participate in the 6th meeting of Nepal-India Joint Commission, the highest mechanism between the two countries for bilateral relations.
