Women's IPL To Have 5 Teams In 2023 Game: Says Report
With the inaugural edition of the Women’s Indian Premier League (IPL), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is considering having five teams as well as permitting five overseas players in a playing XI. A Cricbuzz source confirmed, apart from these two, the tentative window for Women’s IPL is March 2023, scheduled after the Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 in South Africa, which is from February 10-26.

BCCI To Hold Special Meeting Ahead Of AGM In Mumbai
An important meeting of the BCCI is scheduled on October 10, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Ahead of the organisation's Annual General Meeting (AGM) the BCCI officials and the board's AGM will take place on October 18 in Mumbai. Indian Skipper Mohammed Shami Tests Negative For Covid-19
India's star bowler Mohammed Shami tested negative for COVID-19, the pacer announced on his Instagram account on September 28. The fast bowler had tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of India's T20I series against Australia and was subsequently ruled out of the series. Umesh Yadav was called in the squad as Shami's replacement. Moreover, Shami has also been ruled out of the South Africa T20Is.

India pacer Mohammed Shami tested positive for COVID-19, confirmed through Twitter, on September 18. The news of Shami being Covid-19 positive, ahead of the T20I series against Australia, starting on September 20. While Shami tested positive for Covid-19, Umesh Yadav, who was supposed to undergo rehab for a quad injury in Bengaluru. Moreover, the two players were brought into the squad to play first T20I in almost two years.

Indian cricketer and former Indian Captain Virat Kohli reportedly purchased a large portion of the Juhu bungalow 'Gouri Kunj', once owned by legendary late singer Kishore Kumar. The cricketer is to open a restaurant under his 'One8' brand, which is signed under a five-year lease.
