Chhattisgarh Contest For 20 Assembly Seats In Phase I
Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections 2023 first phase started on November 7. The elections will be held for 20 Assembly seats, and approximately 232 leaders belonging to political parties are in the fray. Furthermore, approximately 40 lakh voters will decide the fate of the candidates, contesting at 5,304 polling booths. The second phase of the Chhattisgarh elections will be on November 17, and the results will be on December 3.

Rashmika Mandanna's Video Goes Viral, Union Minister Reacts
The recent deepfake video of actress Rashmika Mandanna has created turmoil, demanding action and rules for AI generated pictures and videos. In addition to Amitabh Bachchan, Union Minister Rajeev Chandrashekar also expressed concern. On November 6, he asked the platforms to take down any such content that violated the IT rules of India. Reminding IT rules, Rajeev warned strict action and legal penalty for accounts sharing the same.

Biological Father Can't Be Booked For Kidnapping Child From Mother In Absence Of 'Prohibition Order':
The Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court has ruled that a biological father cannot be booked for kidnapping his minor child in the absence of legal prohibition and quashed the FIR registered against him by his estranged wife. n the absence of any “prohibition order” of any court, the father was a lawful guardian along with the mother and hence he cannot be booked for taking minor away.

PM Modi Dedicates 77-kms New Bhandu New Sanand Section
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday dedicated to the nation the 77-km New Bhandu-New Sanand section of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor that will help speed up the transport of goods from ports and manufacturing hubs in the region. In a disturbing incident, a 16-year-old was allegedly raped repeatedly by her uncle. The horrific incident from Pune came to light on October 24, when the victim's mother caught the accused red-handed with her daughter and registered a first information report (FIR) with the police. Supreme Court Refuses Marriage Equality Rights To Same Sex In India
The Supreme Court, on October 17, refused to legalize same sex marriage for LGBTQ+ community in India. In the court hearing, the bench led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, said, in a 3-2 majority, the court said, cannot make laws and it is up to the government to give legal status to marriages between transgender people. However, the SC mentioned that unmarried people and queer couple can adopt.

PM Modi Emphasize On Need Of Women In Every Sector At 9th G20 Parliamentary Speaker Summit
