Lok Sabha Adjourned Until Next Day Amid Ruckus
Amid the ruckus of the opposition, the Lok Sabha proceedings has been adjourned for the day. Notably, the Congress and opposition Members of Parliament (MPs) demanded a discussion over the recent disqualification of Rahul Gandhi as Lok Sabha MP and the Adani V/S Hindenburg matter. In addition, the non BJP MPs also demanded a discussion over the recently introduced Amended Finance Bill 2023.

Congress Holds Satyagraha Protest Across India Against Gandhi's Disqualification
Congress called for a "Satyagraha" protest against the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi as Lok Sabha Member of Parliament (MP.) Although the police denied permission, the party workers, in different states of India gathered and staged a protest. Moreover, Rahul Gandhi also updated his Twitter bio, "dis 'qualified' MP. The disqualification of Gandhi as Lok Sabha MP after being convicted in a defamation case is gaining criticism for BJP.

CBI Grills RJD Leader Tejashwi Yadav, Sister Misa In Land Scam
Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav once again appeared before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the land for job scam. The CBI team arrived in Patna, and questioned Tejaswi Yadav, his sister Misa Bharti and a few RJD leaders. Notably, calling the same a dictatorship of the PM Modi led BJP Government, and criticized the central agency. The scam happened under Rjd-rule in Bihar.

SC Agrees To Review Plea Against Misuse Of Central Agencies
The Supreme Court agreed to list the petition filed by opposition parties, alleging arbitrary use of the Central agencies for probe and conspiracy against non-BJP parties. The Apex Court bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud adjourned the hearing for April 5. The plea was filed by 14 opposition parties, led by Congress. The parties are seeking pre- and post-arrest guidelines to be followed by agencies like CBI, ED.

After the Delhi Rouse Court extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia, the former Deputy CM of Delhi, he asked for a few books. On March 22, Sisodia urged the court to allow him some spiritual and religious books to be taken into Tihar Jail.
