Rupee Gains By 10 Paise, Stands At 82.06 Against US Dollars
The rupee gained 10 paise to 81.96 against the US dollar in early trade on Wednesday tracking the weakness of the American currency in the overseas market. In addition, the Forex traders said significant foreign fund inflows and easing crude oil prices supported the local unit. Moreover, the domestic unit opened at 82.06 against the dollar and rose to 81.96, registering a gain of 10 paise over its previous close.

Rupee Falls By 14 Paise; All Time Low At 82.33 Against US Dollar
The rupee depreciated 16 paise to an all-time low of 82.33 against the US dollar in early trade on October 7. The constant fall in the Indian rupee, against US Dollar, and the risk-averse sentiment among investors. Moreover, a negative trend in domestic equities elevated crude oil prices. In addition, 30-share BSE Sensex was trading 111.83 points at 58,110.27, while the broader NSE Nifty fell 38.00 to 17,293.80.

Rupee Rises By 23 Paise Against US Dollar, At 79.72
In the closing market trend, Rupee rose by 23 paise at 79.72 against the US Dollar, on September 8. It witnessed an intra-day high of 79.65 and a low of 79.83 during the session. Furthermore, dollar index, which measures the greenback's strength against a basket of six currencies, fell 0.11% to 109.72. In addition, the global oil benchmark, fell 0.60% to USD 87.47 per barrel.

Rupee Gains By 6 Paise, Stands At 79.86 Against US Dollars
After declining for days, on August 26, the rupee gained 6 paise to 79.86 against US Dollar. As per the early market trend, the dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength against a basket of six currencies, advanced 0.05% to 108.51. Furthermore, BSE Sensex was trading 471.65 points or 0.80 per cent up at 59,246.37. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty rose 139.50 points or 0.80 per cent to 17,661.95.

Rupee Declines By 12 Paise, At 79.76 Against US Dollar
In early trade, rupee declined by 12 paise to Rs 79.76 against US Dollar, on August 19. At the interbank foreign exchange, the rupee opened at 79.75 against the US dollar, then fell to 79.76. Furthermore, the dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength and rose 0.13 per cent to 107.62. Moreover, Sensex was trading 17.07 points higher at 60,315.07, while NSE Nifty was up 15.35 points at 17,971.85.

Rupee Declines By 23 Paise, At 79.68 Against US Dollar
In early trade, the rupee fell by 23 paise against US Dollar at Rs 79.68, on August 18. Moreover, the dollar index, which gauges the greenback's strength against six currencies, rose 0.06% to 106.64, whereas, the global oil benchmark Brent crude advanced 0.14% to USD 93.78 per barrel. Meanwhile, the 30-share Sensex was trading 229.29 points at 60,030.84, the broader NSE-Nifty was down 61.15 points to 17,883.10.

Indian Rupee Hit All Time Low, Settles At 79.62 Against USD
In trade, the Indian currency hit a new low record at 79.62 with fall of three paise against the US Dollar, on July 13. At the foreign interbank exchange, the rupee opened at 79.55, which later witnessed a depreciation, and closed at 76.62. Furthermore,the BSE Sensex ended 372.46 points or 0.69 per cent lower at 53,514.15, while the broader NSE Nifty fell 91.65 points or 0.57 per cent to 15,966.65.

Rupee Falls 30 Paise To 77.55 Against US Dollar, New Low For Second Time In A Week
The Indian rupee fell 30 paise to an all-time low of 77.55 versus the US dollar in early trading on May 12 following a larger loss in Asian currencies and a disappointing performance in domestic equities markets. For the second time this week, the rupee has hit a new low. The rupee was trading at 77.25 against the dollar in the previous session.
