Avani Lekhara, Indian paralympic shooter, requested assistance on June 3 over her coach Rakesh Manpat and escort Shweta Jewaria not receiving visas for World Shooting Para Sport World Cup 2022 in France. Junior World Championships: Indian Women Shooters Claim Gold, Men Take Bronze
At the ISSF Junior World Championship, Indian shooters won gold in the women's skeet team event in the finals, and the men's team won bronze. Areeba Khan, Raiza Dhillon, and Ganemat Sekhon won gold in the women's event, and the bronze medal was won by Rajveer Gill, Ayush Rudraraju, and Abhay Singh Sekhon. India is presently second in the ranking, with a total of seven medals in the competition.
