China Sends 29 Warplanes Into Taiwan, Brews Fear In Indo-Pacific Region

China sent 29 warplanes into Taiwan's self-declared Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ), on June 22. According to Taiwan's Defence Ministry, the warplanes were a mix of fighter jets and anti-submarine aircrafts. The incursion reportedly witnessed the third highest number of Chinese jets seen in Taiwan's ADIZ, in 2022. The flex of military power has brought fear upon the entire Indo-pacific region.
