HDFC Bank, India's largest private-sector lender, announced 9.94% stake in Go Digit-Life Insurance. According to a regulatory statement to stock exchanges, HDFC and Go Digit-Life Insurance entered into an "indicative and non-binding term sheet" on August 25 for two tranches totaling between Rs 49.9 crore and Rs 69.9 crore.
