Intermittent Fasting In "16:8 Format" Is Best For Beginners: Lifestyle Coach

For intermittent fasting, lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho says "16:8 format" is best for beginners. Luke advises to eat only for eight hours a day and allow the body the rest 16 hours for detox, cleansing and repairing the system. Sharing the idea via Tweak India's Instagram handle, Luke recommended eating before 8 pm and ending the fast at the next noon with lemonade, nuts, and veggies; thus providing a healthy way for breakfast skippers.
