Muskaan Jindal, a resident of Himachal Pradesh is a true inspiration. She became an IFS officer in the year 2019, and  had cracked this exam in her very first attempt.Where most people take years to crack UPSC exam.She got All India Rank 87. She was selected for the Indian Foreign Service. Muskan was always a bright student who wanted to become a civil servant since childhood.

Actress Dimple Hayati, David Victor Booked For Damaging IPS' Car

The Hyderabad Police registered a case against Tollywood actress Dimple Hayati, for damaging public property. Illegal Phone Tapping Case: CBI Questions Ex Police Commissioner Sanjay Panday

Days after Mumbai police commissioner Sanjay Panday's retirement, he is on the radar of central agencies in an alleged phone tapping case. CBI lodged a case against Panday for allegedly tapping into the phones of National Stock Exchange (NSE) employees between 2009 and 2017. On July 9, Panday appeared before CBI for questioning. Notably, Panday is a 1986-batch Indian Police Service officer, who retired from his post on June 30.

Gujarat DGP Ashish Bhatia's Tenure Extended By 8 months Beyond Superannuation Period

Senior IPS officer and Gujarat's Director General of Police (DGP) Ashish Bhatia has been given an extension in service for another eight months. The extension will apply beyond the date of superannuation. The decision to extend his tenure has been taken by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, chaired by PM Modi. Notably, Bhatia has been credited for playing a key role in solving a 2008 Ahmedabad serial case.

SC Grants 1 More Chance To UPSC Aspirants Who Missed Attempt Due To COVID-19

Supreme Court bench led by Justice AM Khanwilkar disposed a plea filed by three UPSC aspirants who missed their attempt due to COVID-19 pandemic. The court directed the authorities to reconsider the representation of the UPSC aspirants who got deprived of the attempt, due to COVID-19. The petitioners in their plaint, requested the court to grant them compensatory attempt, to clear the exam.

IPS Singh G Patil Efforts To Transforms Tribals Lives; Provides Free Medication

Telangana's Jayashankar-Bhupalpally and Mulugu district IPS officer, Dr Sangram Singh G Patil is making an effort to uplift the lives of tribal population by providing free medical aid. Patil has been successfully organising health checkups for over 650 Gotti Koya Tribal families, suffering from various distressing ailments. Reportedly, he graduated as a doctor in 2011 conducting 550 RT-PCR tests, and took up civil services in 2015.
