I'm Fully Responsible For This Strike And Its Tragic Outcome: US Commander
The United State's Central Commander General Kenneth McKenzie on September 17 accepted that 10 civilians, including up to 7 children, died in the August 29 drone strike in Afghanistan's Kabul. Reportedly, the US drone targeted the vehicle suspecting ISIS-K members were traveling in it. McKenzie said the investigation revealed that it was a tragic "mistake." ''I'm fully responsible for this strike and its tragic outcome,'' he added.

Joe Biden Faces Setback To Counter Terrorism In Aghanistan
In the latest development, the Joe Biden-led government face a crisis while countering terrorism in Afghanistan with zero troops on the ground. However, the intelligence officials are in the quest to fulfill Biden's assurance which is committed stating, "terror group will pay for what they did at Kabul." According to US officials, the surveillance imagery has revealed the ISIS-K fighters loading heavy explosives in the car.

US Defence System Intercepts Missiles Fired At Kabul Airport
The US military on August 29 "unmanned over-the-horizon airstrike" in Kabul to take down the members of ISIS-K, responsible for the Kabul airport attacks. Reportedly, in retaliation to the US airstrike, five rockets were fired at the Kabul airport to target civilians. However, the missile was intercepted by the US defense system. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden has warned of another attack as the US proceeds further evacuation of troops.
